Wondering where to buy 2020 fashion trends? Here is a look at some more affordable, high street options to stay on trend this season! If you don’t know, “high street” is a term that refers to the fashion you can buy in regular cities and towns. Think zara, top shop, H&M, etc. instead of designer labels. For a look at the trends for spring summer 2020, check out my post here.
THE MATCHING SET & SEPARATES TREND
Matching sets have been on the rise for the past year or so, and they’re even more popular this year! I think matching sets are so cute, and it’s an easy way to get dressed or elevate your style with out having to put much thought in! Here are a few options I’ve been loving.
Hot pink is this seasons colour of choice, and I am OBSESSED. So stunning and it looks amazing on every skin tone. I also feel like this colour can easily be super feminine, but can also be more edgy.
A super classic trend that has come back in for 2020 is puff sleeves. Puff sleeves are ultra feminine and really elevate a basic piece. Here’s a few examples of where to buy this 2020 trend.
WAFTY WHITE DRESS
Wafty white dresses are a huge trend for spring summer 2020. They’re super beautiful and girly. Here are a few I love.
WIDE & STRAIGHT LEG DENIM
Time to swap out those skinny jeans for a wider leg denim! As I wrote in my post about outdated trends for 2020 (you can read it here.) skinny jeans aren’t as in style anymore, and instead wide leg jeans are! Here’s where you can shop a few of my faves.
Ruffles are another easy way to elevate a basic piece like a simple dress or top. I love the ruffle trend because I feel like it’s super fun! Heres where to buy this 2020 trend.
Longer bermuda shorts is a trend I wasn’t sure I was feeling at first, but it’s really growing on me! A few pairs I’ve been liking a lot are these:
Leather (or pleather) is a big trend for 2020. We are seeing trendy unexpected pieces and colours in leather this season.
Retro styles are very trendy for spring summer 2020, so we are seeing lots of big bright floral patterns that reflect this. Here are a few floral pieces I’ve been loving.
I hope you enjoyed my visual list of where to buy 2020 fashion trends on the high street. Let me know what pieces you bought or have your eye on!
